Found by Dane Rawlins in Alwyn Holders International driving yard, Dikki was 6yr old when he started his dressage education with Kirsty.Kirsty put's Dikkiloo's quirky nature down to his four-in-hand carriage driving days. "That's a tough game to be in," she said. "Dikkiloo's previous owner said he was winding up the other horses in the team, so I got him cheap." An impressive mover with a talent for passage from the start, the judges wondered what to make of him at the lower levels. He went from strength to strength, qualifying at each level for the National Championships. Dikki started his International dressage career in 1994 at Bremen in Holland and went on to compete in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.

In the Big Tour, Kirsty Mepham and her own Dikkiloo earned their highest ever score of 68% in the Grand Prix and although scores were close they took 6th place. Jane Bredin and Mrs Cumine's Cupido were close behind on 65.20% to take 9th place. Carrying on into the Grand Prix Kur, Kirsty and Dikkiloo earned yet another high score of 68.98% to take 7th place and Jane and Cupido 67.04% to take 11th place.
